NEWS & OPINION 48 EWAP MARCH 2023 3. 이것은 pilocarpine 1.25%를 1회 점안한 후 유리체망막견인이 발달한 65 세 환자의 사례보고이다. 4 태스크포스의 권고 요약: 망막견인, 찢김, 박리의 높은 위험은 pilocarpine과 같은 축동제와 관련이 있어 왔다. 안과의는 pilocarpine을 포함한 축동제로 노안을 치료하길 원하는 환자에게 이와 같은 잠재적 부작용에 대해 알릴 의무가 있다. 위험/편익 평가를 특정 환자에게 적용할 때에는 축동제 등록 연구 기간과 포함된 모집단 매개변수를 고려해야 한다. 축동제를 처방하기 전에, 안과의는 망막박리에 대한 개별위험평가의 일환으로 산동안저검사를 고려해야 한다. 안과의는 임상적 고려사항에 따라 빛간섭 단층촬영 (OCT macula)과 같은 기타 진단검사를 고려할 수도 있다. 환자들은 광시증, 비문증, 그리고 시력상실을 비롯한 망막찢김이나 박리의 증상에 관한 교육을 받아야 하며 그러한 증상이 하나라도 발생할 경우 즉시 치료를 받아야 한다.
