CATARACT 22 EWAP SEPTEMBER 2021 인터페이스와 압평 시스템, 액체 인터페이스, 그리고 하이브리드 압평/액체 인터페이스가 있으며, 좀 더 안정적이고 강력한 수정체낭절개술을 가능하게 해준다고 한다. Dr. Fram 은 섬모체소대 해리 사례에서 FLACS의 이점이 세배가 된다고 생각하고 있다. 첫번째, FLACS는 완벽하게 중심이 잘 잡히고 크기가 알맞은 수정체낭절개를 만들어주는데, 이는 수정체낭 수축의 위험이 있는 얕은 전방 및 거짓비늘안구에 중요하다. 두번째, ‘프리찹(pre-chop)’된 수정체분할은 수정체의 조작을 수월하게 한다. 세번째, 펨토초 레이저 방울의 pneumodissection 은 수력분리술의 필요성을 줄이고 수정체 회전의 필요성을 최소화한다. “이러한 모든 요인들이 복잡한 수술의 재현성을 개선시킬 수 있다"고 그녀가 말했다. 그녀는 최근에 Chang Modification 수정체낭 당김기를 사용하여 FLACS를 받은 32안을 평가했다. 이 검토에서는 2안에서 전낭 찢김이 있었고, 2안 모두 Dr. Fram 에 의하면 약하기로 알려져 있는 무홍채증 환자였다.
