EWAP MARCH 2020 33 CATARACT 수동 수정체낭절개술을 위한 팁 Dr. Patterson 은 훌륭한 수정체낭절개를 위한 팁으로 렌즈를 뒤로 밀고 전면 렌즈 표면을 납작하게 할 정도로 점탄물질로 전방을 채우는 것이라고 한다. Dr. Patterson 은 집게를 사용하여 찢으면서 수정체낭절개를 시작하기보다 점탄물질의 소실을 최소화 하기 위해 구부러진 needle을 사용한다. Dr. Patterson은 “쉽고 빠르며 저렴합니다. 그저 수정체낭 밑에 넣고 계속 진행하면 되죠. 시간을 조금 투자해서 너무 과도하게 확장되지 않도록 해야하지만, 만일 그런 상황이 발생하면 다시 되돌릴 수 있는 기법이 있습니다” 고 말했다.
