HORV는 첫 번째 안구에서 한동안 증상을 보이지 않을 수 있으며 산동 망막 검사를 통해서만 이를 탐지할 수 있다. • 전방 내 안내염 예방을 위해 반코마 이신의 대안을 원하는 경우 cefuro- xime 또는 moxifloxacin을 고려할 수 있다. 4 HORV의 관리를 위한 권고 사항 • 박테리아성 안내염과 HORV의 감별이 어려운 경우 유리체내 반코마이신 투여는 피할 것 • 기타 질병(바이러스성 망막염 등)의 감 별을 위한 안구 및 전신 검사 고려 • 공격적인 전신/국소 스테로이드 치료: 안구 주변 또는 안구 내 스테로이드 투여 • 초기 항-VEGF 치료 • 초기의 범 망막 광응고술 • HORV 환자를 인식한 경우, 임상 데이 터를 HORV 등록 사이트에 보고할 것(링 크: www.asrs.org 및 www.ascrs.org ) 환자와 주치의 정보는 기밀로 유지됨.
