Popular shopping areas include downtown, the Grove , Santa Monica Place , the Beverly Center , and the Americana at Brand . The city has many entertainment options. Los Angeles is home to numer- ous sports teams, so while you’re visiting, you may want to take in a game. The Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team will play at home on several dates preceding and during the meeting. There are also many opportunities to take in a concert or a show in the city. The Staples Center and Holly- wood Bowl are two popular venues. Los Angeles also has many musical and theater performances. Into the Woods is scheduled to run at the Ahmanson Theatre from April 4–May 14. If you plan to stay after the meet- ing, Jersey Boys is scheduled to begin performances at the same theater on May 16.
