Asia-Pacific Association of Cataract & Refractive Surgeons Friday, 30 July 2021 Prof. Ian Constable, MD, is Lions Founding Professor of Oph- thalmology at the University of Western Australia. He was close- ly associated with the founder of SNEC, Prof. Arthur Lim, from 1976 onwards as a co-author, international teaching colleague, and regional advisor. He will present the Inaugural SNEC Vision- Save Lecture on “Advances in Gene Therapy” during “Advances in Surgical Retina” at 17:30 hrs on Saturday, 31 July 2021. Prof. Neil Miller, MD, is professor of ophthalmology, neurology, and neurosurgery, and the Frank B. Walsh Professor of Neu- ro-Ophthalmology at the Wilmer Eye Institute, Johns Hopkins Hospital. The author and co-author of over 540 articles, 93 chapters, and 13 books, he has given 59 named lectures around the world.
